Terms and Conditions apply to any goods purchased from Stone Supplies UK.

By placing an order via website, phone or email you are accepting the Terms and Conditions set out below:

Pricing, Offers and Promotions;

1.1. Quotations are subject to stock and availability.

1.2. We reserve the right to change/update pricing of the materials that we supply at any given time.

1.3. Offers and promotions may be withdrawn or subject to change at any given time.

1.4. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

1.5. Delivery costing will vary depending on distance and quantity of goods ordered.

Acceptance of Order;

2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2. Our acceptance of your order will only occur once payment of goods has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

2.3. We have insufficient stock to provide the goods ordered.

2.4. One or more materials ordered was listed incorrectly or at an incorrect price.

Payment;

We accept the following as methods of payment:

3.1. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed at the point of sale.

3.2. If payment is made by debit/credit card, the delivery address must match the address that the card is registered to. If the addresses do not match, proof of ID matching the registered card address will be required.

All transactions are safe and secure and are covered by the Data Protection Act 1998.

Delivery;

4.1. We offer a nationwide courier service to Mainland UK only.

4.2. We aim to deliver orders 7-10 working days from date of purchase.*

*Please note specific products may be excluded-please contact our Sales Team for more information.

4.3. Customers will be notified by transport 24 hours prior to delivery-we DO NOT guarantee delivery dates or times.

4.4. We offer a kerb side delivery service in which someone must be present to sign for the goods and to help the driver offload.

4.5. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any access problems or vehicle restrictions prior to delivery.

4.6. If any damages, faults or errors are apparent at the time of delivery, our Sales Team must be notified straight away and the goods must not be signed and accounted for.

4.7. Once the delivery note has been signed we are no longer liable for damages, faults, errors or loss of goods and responsibility will pass to the customer.

An additional charge may be incurred if:

4.8. There is no-one present at the time of delivery.

4.9. The address details have been given incorrectly.

4.10. Access problems/vehicle restrictions were not stipulated during/after the time of order.

Cancellations/Returns;

5.1. All cancellations/alterations must be made prior to the manufacture of goods. Under the provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations, any orders made to order cannot be cancelled, altered or returned once the manufacturing process is complete.

5.2 We do not accept any returns after the items have been delivered. It is your responsibility to check the goods at the time of delivery.

Product Descriptions;

6.1. We endeavour to ensure that our descriptions and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no discrepancies in the product description/pricing.

6.2. Colours are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary due to factors should as lighting, stock variation etc.

All rights including copyright, in our sites are owned by and licensed to Stone Supplies UK. Any use of our content, including copying or storing it other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
